General Information:

Bio forms for You Can’t Take It With You are past due. Make sure to scan the QR code on the callboard and fill that out as soon as possible.

Fill out the Directory and Health Forms in order to receive points and earn a letterman jacket. The Health Form, with the QR to the Directory Form, can be found on the callboard.

If you have ever been interested in reading scripts, now is your chance. With Mrs. Hearn’s permission, students can fill out the QR code on the Script Library door and check out a script. Once finished, return it to Ben directly.

Make sure to tell your friends and family about sponsorships. Sponsors get many benefits such as tickets, recognition in the programs, t-shirts, and advanced ticket sales with all donations being tax deductible. Also, of course, sponsors greatly support our program.

Make sure to save the STAGE pages from every meeting. At the end of the year students can turn them in for a FREE banquet ticket, which includes the dinner.

Order your STAGE swag and tickets on tomballstage.org. T-shirts are available on the STAGE hands store on the website. Show shirts must be pre-ordered, but t-shirts can be purchased at any time. Tickets are available a week before each performance.

Students can get passport stamps by wearing a STAGE shirt at sports games, fine arts concerts, or performances at other theatre departments. Take a picture of you in your STAGE shirt and send it to the Tomball Stage instagram or scan the Qr code on the callboard. Students need 5 to vote and 7 to run for the officer board.

Parents of students participating in The Addams Family Musical are required to attend the first STAGE Hands meeting on Tuesday, September 5 from 7 to 9 in the THS Auditorium.

Make sure you turn in pictures throughout the year for slideshow at the End of Year Banquet. Just message Gaby or fill out the google form on the callboard.

Points Opportunities:

Be sure that you are signing in and out of all crews (ie. build, costume, publicity, ect.), otherwise points cannot be awarded .
